I am offering more library space on campus for UF college students which will be well needed. This is something that will be very efficient and will be open 24/7.
The students at UF need this and they will want this to happen because of the lack of space on campus to study.
They care about this because this is their future and they will want to have multiple places to go and study.
The main difference about this library compared to others is that it will always be open 24 hours and there will be plenty of space for students.
Hey Nick, I really like the way that you displayed your idea. I think that the drawing on the paper really adds to your point because it shows how the new design will look for people who may be confused or curious about your idea. Great Job Nick, and keep grinding on this project because it has lots of potential.
ReplyDeleteHi Zach! This is a great idea, but I do think that there needs to be something different about this library besides the 24 hour quality. Library West and, I believe, Norman Hall have this characteristic already. Is there something that Library West and Norman Hall are lacking that maybe your library will have? I do think this has great potential because a lot of people do complain about the room situation in the libraries late at night and during finals season. Great idea! I would come visit your library!
ReplyDeleteHey Nick. Overall, I think your idea has a lot of potential. I have definitely heard a lot of students complain about the current library situation mostly because of space around exam time, so I think there could be some improvements. However, I do think you should say how you plan to provide more space, whether it be through better design or just more square footage. Either way, great job.
ReplyDeleteHi Nick,
ReplyDeleteI can fully get behind this idea and I'm really looking forward to the plan you put forward regarding this. Library space is limited, and so are the times that existing ones are open. This could really make a big difference in how many students are able to achieve and maintain a successful level of productivity. UF is definitely in need of more study space options!
